'Self Reflection' by 'Waiting For Ideas'

'Self Reflection' is a new piece developed by Jean-Baptiste Anotin, the designer behind the creative studio 'Waiting For Ideas'.

The seating object is "an allegory of those withdrawals into ourselves moments, an ironic picture of the illusion that everything has an explanation, and is consistent" explains the designer.

"Lockdowns have cultivated introspection. Aluminum mirror with an acute angle, sharp lines. This piece of furniture has been processed by laser cutting, sanding, and treatment to ensure its sustainability".

Jean-Baptiste Anotin is a Paris-based designer who experiments with materials and forms. In addition to his marketing studies and his first professional experience in the digital world, he realized creating is what drives him: bringing creative ideas, testing new materials, creating new pieces. This led to the birth of 'Waiting for Ideas' studio.
