The CoA Arquitectura completed the Par Houses dedicated for rent on a subdivided plot in Zapopan, Mexico.

A three-level mirrored scheme was proposed, leaving the circulation cores in the centre and placing the bodies of the rooms at the ends to free up a central courtyard space, which, together with the rear easements, provide an open space in an "L" shape as an extension of the social areas of the house.

One enters through the circulation nucleus, which is resolved with a lightweight materiality of metal and wood, and from this one enters the volume of the rooms, structured with beams and apparent prefabricated vaults.

The circulation volume opens in a north-south direction with a double-height window which is treated with a lattice of cement tiles to filter the light and cut off the views; the same is used in the service rooms and as a cladding for the first body on the main façade.  The material and chromatic palette is reduced to the maximum, seeking both neutrality and warmth.
