Nowe Kolibki, a fresh and enticing residential investment, emerges from the visionary minds of Invest Komfort, a renowned real estate developer in Poland. Nestled in the serene and verdant embrace of the border between Gdynia and Sopot, this hidden oasis of tranquility offers a distinctive living experience.

In a well-established partnership with Roark Studio, the architecture of Nowe Kolibki whispers elegance, reflecting its minimalist and respectful approach to the environment. Envision white volumes placed precisely in a demanding landscape, stacked and immersed in a lush, green tapestry.

Invest Komfort, with a keen eye for the perfect location, presents Nowe Kolibki as a hidden gem, where the gentle sway of nature meets urban living. Here, residents bask in a balanced rhythm of life, connected to both the vibrancy of the city and the soothing calm of nature. Vice President of the Board, Michał Ciomek, shares, "It used to be a holiday resort, which perfectly illustrates the advantages of this place."

The allure of Nowe Kolibki lies in its seamless communion with the forest, the beckoning sea a mere 800 meters away, and the convenience of city amenities within easy reach. The Tri-City Landscape Park's forests, enveloping the estate, serve as an inspirational point for the design of the investment's interior spaces. The essence of Nowe Kolibki was to create an inviting and harmonious environment that effortlessly merges with nature, providing a functional, well-planned sanctuary for future residents, a refuge from the intense of daily routine.

A core value of Invest Komfort is to extend the comforts of home into shared spaces, fostering a sense of belonging for each resident. Embodying the ethos of "Peace that gives strength," Paweł and Katarzyna Szczygieł, co-founders of Potearchitekci, crafted interiors that infuse residents' lives with balance. Drawing inspiration from bright, modern forms, they sought simple, elegant interiors accentuated by subdued color palettes, materials, and structures that usher in a sense of calm.

The interiors of Nowe Kolibki celebrate the beauty of minimalist lighting and natural materials. The walls are alternately decorated with large-format marble in a satin finish and with micro-cement, complementing each other with solid oak and rattan furniture in the kitchen, spa, fitness space, and lounge areas. Martyna Krajewska-Nawój’s large-format woven paintings grace the reception, adding a touch of artistic elegance. Building an oasis like this requires a holistic approach. The multitude of details in classic wood joinery of oak patinated and oiled brings a sense of high-quality craftsmanship to the interiors. The designers decided to stick to raw and natural finishes for surfaces to create an honest and humble touch in the spaces, sculpting them to enhance rejuvenation and provide a soothing effect." Our context was the sea, nature, and the forest. We translated these three natural forces into our project so that future residents would genuinely feel a sense of calm while inhabiting these spaces," explain Paweł and Katarzyna Szczygieł.

Ciomek explains, "We tried our best to fit into it; we didn't want to be aggressive in what we do, and I think it can be seen both in the terrain and in the foundation of the buildings, in the materials used, and especially in the greenery, the way it is planned there."

Meandering through the estate, one is captivated by the winding paths between lush green walls, evoking the sensation of a leisurely forest stroll amidst a vibrant mix of foliage and towering trees. Intimate meeting places, contemplative spots, and active rest areas graces the landscape, inviting residents to indulge in year-round greenery. The second stage of the investment unveils two captivating spaces: a square featuring a mesmerizing water cascade and a forest recreational glade, where the estate's main compositional axes converge.

Established in 2022, Nowe Kolibki offers a range of amenities for residents, including a separate fitness area with saunas and a clubhouse. This project marks the realization of the third phase of the investment, delivering four buildings with 64 apartments and shared spaces. The Invest Komfort have thoughtfully incorporated with architects a central square surrounded by trees and integrated the preserved tree stand into the external relaxation area. With a focus on creating a sense of community, the estate's creators have designed walking and resting areas in green spaces, as well as fostering neighborly integration around a shared fire pit.
