Yves Béhar Unveils Forme—a Smart Mirror That’s the Future of Home Fitness

Yves Béhar‘s design studio Fuseproject has designed an in-home smart mirror that displays fitness classes and workouts. Called Forme, the elegant full-length mirror transforms into a complete body and mind fitness studio featuring high-tech resistance training equipment that tucks away when not in use.

"The best instruction isn't when you're reading a manual or watching someone," Behar said. "It's when you can superimpose your own body and movement on a trainer...When you're instructed to keep your shoulders straight, or your elbows next to your body, you self-correct."
