The Bavaria Road Studio is a double-height space now serves as an office and studio apartment and the dual-function space is now lofted. The property measures approximately 988 sqm, to include an entrance hall, a bathroom, a huge reception room with open-plan kitchen, and a sleeping area on the mezzanine. The plywood structure supports the mezzanine and increases the sense of privacy by concealing the sleeping area.
