The Another Aspect store in Copenhagen, designed by Studio 0405, is a compelling example of how modern retail can blend sustainability, community, and design. Set on Værnedamsvej, this shop invites visitors into a calm, minimalist space that reflects both the brand’s sustainable ethos and Studio 0405’s design philosophy.

The use of materials like Danish oak and brushed aluminum, combined with leftover textiles from Kvadrat, gives the store a warm yet sleek feel. Every element—from the bespoke shelves to the carefully chosen color palette—has been crafted to create a space that feels organic and timeless.

An essential feature of the store is La Cabra Coffee, a small café integrated into the shop’s layout. This addition transforms the retail experience from a purely transactional one to a more communal and relaxed encounter. Visitors can enjoy expertly brewed coffee while engaging with the space, enhancing the feeling of being part of a larger, thoughtful environment. La Cabra’s presence complements the store’s philosophy of mindful consumption, encouraging customers to linger and reflect on their purchases, rather than rushing through the shopping process.

The inclusion of La Cabra also speaks to the values of Another Aspect, a brand deeply rooted in sustainability and ethical production. Founded with the belief that clothing should be made to last, Another Aspect designs timeless, versatile pieces that are not dictated by fast fashion trends. Their garments are produced using eco-friendly materials, and the brand places emphasis on creating clothes that can evolve with the wearer’s daily routines—whether for familiar tasks or new adventures. This focus on durability and functionality is echoed in the store's design, where every detail is meant to stand the test of time, just like the clothes they sell.

Studio 0405 is known for its distinct design philosophy, blending functionalism with natural materials to create spaces that resonate emotionally. Beyond Another Aspect, Studio 0405 is also celebrated for their work on other iconic spaces, such as Atelier September in Copenhagen. This renowned café, located in the city’s Sølvgade area, showcases the studio’s expertise in creating intimate, thoughtfully designed environments that emphasize simplicity and organic beauty
