The whole body of was born form the artist’s fascination of Zen meditation. Considering the practice as a sort of hygiene habit, just as bathe and brushing teeth everyday, Angela declares — the mind also needs to be cleaned.
„When you meditate, you can find the silence between one thought and another. And the more you meditate, the greater becomes the space between one thought and the next one. And it is right in this gap, in this emptiness, that you can get in harmony and this is one of the ways to sprout your intuition. You don't need to fill the silence with lucubrations or arguments. You don't have to fill the silence with anything”, Angela shared her thoughts with us.
