Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Notter + Vigne is a graphic studio founded in 2002 by designer duo consisting of Julien Notter and Sébastien Vigne, offering a wide variety of design services.
Project titled Micro Analyses is a book written by Nicolas Collins. A musician born in 1954 in New York, whose work is most known of its experimental nature. His artistic activity can be best described by the word of reinvention.
The publication includes a selection of his writings, translated into French, with a DVD of Salvaged, which is a collection of compositions from 1986 to 2014.
In order to emphasize the analytic nature of the publication, the graphic designer duo created a beautifully simplistic, yet playful layout, which doesn’t distract the reader’s attention from the important meaning of the writings, but rather guides them through it with its immersive visual flow.
